FQA 1: How do I place an order?
First: Please measure your wall size.(Height and Width)
Second: Calculate your wall area. (Area=Width x Height = Square meters)For example,width is 2.5m(8.20ft),Height is 3.1m(10.17ft). Area=2.5m*3.1m=7.75m2,you need 8 square meters.
(Please add extra 2-3cm deviation on both of height and width when you calculate.)
Third: Select the quantity you need. (Square meters = Order Quantity,1 square meter = 1pc)

FAQ 2 : Why we have to cut the wallpapers into several pieces when packaging?
In order to suit for the international shipping and save freight for you,we will cut the wallpapers into several pieces when packaging.Please do not worry about it,we will send you the whole wallpaper.Thank you so much for your understanding.
Note: It’s a kind of custom mural wallpaper, we will produce the product according to your wall size you provided (Height and Width). Please read the details carefully before purchasing the products.
You need to prepare these tools before you installing the wallpapers.
1. There is about 1-2 cm the overlap of between the two panels. It couldn’t be put side by side.
2. After you installed the part 1 mural,then align part 2 mural with the part 1 mural installed on the wall and paste the part 2 mural,then cut off the overlap of between the two mural with knife and ruler.Peel off the cut part,and level off surface with a scraper.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
