Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing), excluding some items shipped without tracking number, as the delivery process cannot be tracked.
We try our best all the items to have tracking numbers, including many items with free shipping.
- you receive the wrong item or damaged. You have to provide clear photos of the original package, including photos of the damaged item, so we can proceed for the refund.
- the item is reported defective (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). You have 3 days to contact us and 7 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it will be considered used and a refund or replacement it will not be issued to you. There are no exceptions! Return cost is paid by the customer. All the returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, clear photos and your order ID.
We will refund your product purchase, upon notification of receiver of the product from the supplier, and on the base that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included, or proceed with replacement.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

All products are followed by guarantee from the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has its own policy. In order for you to get to know this policy if not mentioned below the description analysis of the product, please contact us to inform you accordingly.
